How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also see updates anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery windows vary by destination.

Customs duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post them in 5–10 business days.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please email photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can help quickly. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolve it per policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can usually update or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it may already be processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

We run free‑shipping promotions from time to time. Any active offer will appear on the homepage and at checkout.

Tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Check with neighbors/concierge and confirm your address. Then contact the carrier with your tracking number. Still stuck? Reach out and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.
